Regional air services, taking a great lead in East Africa, were introduced in June 2019 from Kenya’s Masai Mara to Entebbe

international airport, with onward connections to national parks in Uganda. Air Kenya began direct flights between Masai Mara in Kenya and Kisumu in Uganda on June 1, 2019.

 

This regional air service is comfortable, affordable, convenient, and enjoyable, and it links Kenya’s Masai Mara wildlife match with Uganda’s pre-great ape experience. Ten national parks in Uganda are habitats for 17% of the world's biodiversity and half of the world’s total population of mountain gorillas.

 

Airkenya Daily flights depart from Masai Mara at 8:45 a.m. with a short stopover at Kisumu for customs and immigration checks before arrival at Entebbe International Airport at 11:30 a.m.

 

This is perfect for Uganda’s national park connections; Airkenya reverses that service by departing from Entebbe International Airport at 12:15 p.m. and arriving in Masai Mara at 2:30 p.m.

 

This adventurous flight from Kenya to Uganda allows tourists to boldly enjoy the magical Kenya that enhances their travels with a thrilling pre-primate experience in the pearl of Africa. 

This new additional air service will connect to different national parks in Uganda through Aerolink Uganda.
