Bwindi impenetrable national park is blessed with many sectors where tourists can view the endangered mountain gorillas, these sectors include Nkuringo sector, the vicinity of Buhoma, Rushaga sector, and Ruhija sector with all sights and sounds, great apes trekking briefing starts at 07:45 am strictly and the real trekking starts at exactly 08:30 am which takes an hour (normal gorilla trekking ) or 4 hours (Mountain gorilla Habituation).
